Take the first step. Let us talk about what you truly need.
At the center of this work are relationship, attentiveness, trust and lived experience. They shape the support and help carry change into everyday life.

Read moreDuring our sessions, we look at what is happening now, and at what returns from the past and shapes the present.
During the first consultations, we look at your needs, define the scope of support and decide which way of working will be most helpful and effective. In the further psychological process, we pay close attention to challenges and to the ways you cope with them. We look at current thoughts, emotions, behaviors and experiences, and we also move into the past when it returns and affects the present.
All of this helps you understand, become aware, and then choose and apply the right tools to arrange your past experiences. Arranging them can significantly support understanding and soothing the present.
A short, focused process for people who want to define a goal, find a path and move through a challenge.
Coaching is the art of asking questions to help you face the challenge you are meeting or reach the goal you choose. In coaching work, we focus on defining the goal well and then mapping the path toward it.
We use a range of techniques so that within 3-10 meetings you can move through the challenge or achieve your goal.
Together we clarify where you want to go and how you will recognize change.
We look at what currently makes movement difficult and what you need.
We organize resources, possible solutions and the first concrete steps.
Knowledge opens understanding. Experience makes that understanding real: grounded, felt and lasting.
A propos trainings are not only a set of tools. Above all, they are a space where you can experience change before you bring it into life. They are time for reflection, exchange and experimentation: a process that engages, moves and provokes thought.
This is not a quick training with ready-made answers. It is an experience that changes the way people think and act, and stays for a long time in you or in your team.
Together we explore areas that have a real impact on the development of individuals and teams.
Inclusive culture, trust and cooperation across differences.
Team diversity is a powerful resource. An inclusive culture strengthens creativity, belonging and engagement. In this path, you learn how to consciously design inclusive processes, integrate a team with respect for individuality and cooperate across generational, cultural or identity differences. It is the practice of a modern organization based on trust, dialogue and partnership.
Returning to balance, regeneration, energy management and mindfulness practice.
Mental resilience is the ability to return to balance. It is the capacity to pause, recognize your emotions and needs, and consciously manage your own energy. In this program, you learn how to protect yourself from burnout, regain strength in crises and build an everyday practice of self-regulation. It is work with mindfulness, presence and emotional flexibility that allows you to act effectively without losing contact with yourself.
Contact, listening and language that can turn tension into dialogue.
Good communication is a key that opens doors to understanding, cooperation, influence and development. It can turn conflict into dialogue and disagreement into shared action. In this module, what matters is real and full contact, both verbal and nonverbal. Through it, you discover how to communicate so you are understood, and how to listen so you truly hear.
Recognizing tensions and supporting yourself and others in crisis.
Conflict can become the beginning of change. In this path, you learn how to recognize sources of tension, communicate in ways that connect, and support others and yourself in crisis. It is a meeting with emotions, group dynamics and the need for safety from the perspective of development rather than destruction.
Patterns, needs and responsibility that help build authentic bonds.
Every relationship begins with ourselves. Understanding our patterns of reaction, emotions and needs is the foundation for building authentic bonds, both at work and in personal life. This module invites deeper reflection, discovery of individual differences and development of self-regulation. Responsibility in relationships is not an obligation. It is a choice that builds trust and cooperation.
Awareness, empathy, feedback and trust in leadership practice.
Responsible leadership is based on awareness. It means observing people and processes carefully, understanding emotions, both your own and the team's, and creating space for authentic dialogue. In this program, you develop leadership skills rooted in self-awareness, empathy and coherence. You learn how to motivate, give constructive feedback, appreciate others and support change while strengthening trust.
Voice, body, structure and the courage to be yourself in front of others.
Behind every strong presentation there is not only craft, but also the courage to be yourself. This program develops the speaker's self-awareness, helps build the structure of a message, and supports work with emotions and confidence. You learn not only to speak, but to have impact. It is a meeting with voice, body and intention that turns a presentation into an inspiring experience for listeners.
Want to learn more? Let us talk about what you need.
Looking for support in another area? Let me know. I will be happy to help you find the right direction.
The first meeting helps us understand the situation, name your needs and decide which form of work will be most appropriate.
A message with information about what brings you here and which meeting format would be most convenient.
We agree on availability, meeting format and the basic principles of working together.
A calm conversation about context, goals and possible next steps.
Good work needs clear frames. At the beginning, we agree on the goal, scope of support, meeting format and basic organizational details so the process feels transparent and safe.
During the first conversation, we look at your situation, needs and expectations. We also agree on the working format, frequency, contact method, fee and rules for changing or cancelling appointments.
The process is based on engagement from both sides. We work with what is currently important, while the pace and scope of conversation remain aligned with your readiness.
The content of meetings remains confidential. Exceptions apply only in situations required by law, especially direct risk to life or health.
If another form of help, a medical consultation or crisis support is needed, we will speak about it openly and look for the right direction.
A few answers that may make the first step feel calmer. If your situation is not here, you can briefly describe it in a message.
No. The first meeting can be used to organize what you are bringing, name your needs and check which form of support may be helpful.
We get to know each other and check how we can work together. It is also space for questions, clarifying needs and agreeing on the basic frame of collaboration.
A psychological session lasts 50 minutes. The frequency and number of meetings depend on the challenges and topics you bring. A single coaching session lasts 50 or 90 minutes, depending on the subject.
Yes. Meetings can take place on site or remotely. We agree on the format before the work begins.
Yes, confidentiality is one of the foundations of the work. Exceptions may result from law and situations of direct risk to life or health.
You can write through the form or directly by email. This helps us arrange the first available meeting and the basic organizational details. A regular session time is usually discussed after the first consultation, depending on availability and the agreed form of work.
We co-design the approach that best fits the organization, group or person. We take into account the context, needs and goals. Workshops are built primarily around transformative experience and practice, supported by education. Collaboration can also include project work in various areas. You can read more about workshop scope in the relevant section or discuss it with me directly.
I combine psychological, coaching and training work, matching the form of support to a person, group or organization.
I am a psychologist, coach and interpersonal skills trainer. I run a practice that supports people experiencing life's challenges and difficulties.
I help my clients cope with emotions, life crises and challenges in relationships.
In my daily work, I focus on building a space full of trust, safety and openness. A space where you can experiment, make mistakes, ask questions or say thoughts you have never dared to say before. A space that can hold whatever you choose to share with me.
In my psychological work, I integrate different psychotherapeutic approaches, from cognitive-behavioral tools through psychodynamic process to humanistic and existential perspectives, selecting them according to the needs of the person seeking support and the nature of the challenge or goal. I feel especially close to Socratic dialogue, schema therapy, inner child work, process work, psychodrama and work with metaphor.
I am a trainer, coach and psychologist. I run a training practice dedicated to both individual work and group work.
As a trainer, I focus on precisely defining the goal of cooperation: naming where we are going, what result we are looking for and where we are starting from. Only then can we truly respond to the needs of participants and organizations.
During the work, I create space for experimenting, asking questions, searching for solutions and learning also through mistakes. Openness, authenticity and trust are essential to me, because they form the foundation of a development process.
I integrate psychological knowledge, a systemic approach and practical development tools, so the training experience becomes coherent, engaging and rooted in everyday professional life. In my workshops, participants not only gain knowledge, but above all experience, analyze and translate conclusions into practice.
The collaborations I take on aim to create experiences that lead to lasting change, expanded awareness and deeper understanding of oneself and one's environment. I accompany participants and organizations with attentiveness and flexibility, supporting them in achieving results that truly matter.
I hold two master's degrees from the University of Warsaw: psychology and law. I combine psychological and legal perspectives in my work with people and organizations, focusing on personal development, mental health and building inclusive work environments.
For several years, I have been responsible for the People & Diversity area in an organization, where I support people through initiatives in communication, diversity, mental wellbeing and organizational culture.
I am also the founder of the A propos Foundation, which offers legal, psychological and social support. In therapeutic and educational work, I draw on evidence-based approaches. I completed schema therapy training at the Schema Therapy Training Center in New York, as well as courses at Centrum Terapii Dialog on PTSD work and psychodrama in psychotherapy.
I regularly take part in conferences and expert talks, including the conference "Sexual Abuse in the Family," the panel "Mobbing - how to defend yourself from the perspective of law and psychology," the talk "To Know More Deeply - a world without stereotypes and prejudice," and the panel "ESG." I also develop my competences in NVC communication, interpersonal training and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Continuous learning and improving my skills are important to me, which is why I actively participate in trainings, conferences and development projects, and regularly deepen my knowledge through literature and professional practice.
I work with respect for the dignity, autonomy and boundaries of the person seeking support. Clarity of process, attentiveness to needs and language that does not judge or simplify experience are important to me.
I work in line with applicable regulations, the standards set by the Act on the profession of psychologist and the principles of the professional ethics code. This means care for the wellbeing of the person receiving support, reliability, adequate methods and awareness of the limits of my own competence.
I take care of confidentiality and information safety. The content shared during meetings remains confidential, except in situations required by law, especially direct risk to life or health.
I regularly use trainings, conferences, specialist literature and professional practice to deepen my skills and care for my own development. In my work, I use current psychological knowledge and evidence-based approaches.
The standard of work includes agreeing on the goal, scope of support, meeting format and organizational rules. If your situation requires another type of help, medical consultation or crisis intervention, we will discuss the most appropriate direction.
I am here to support you in discovering yourself, growing and creating meaningful change.
