Scope and purpose
The processed data are the details you provide in your message: name, email address, selected area and message content. They are used to answer your inquiry, arrange a consultation, handle correspondence, prepare collaboration and agree on its basic terms.
Further collaboration
If a consultation, psychological process, coaching, workshop or project collaboration begins, data may also be processed to organize meetings, provide the agreed service, handle settlements, stay in contact and comply with legal obligations. This includes information shared before a meeting, during correspondence and in the course of further collaboration.
Legal basis and retention
Data are processed to answer your inquiry and take steps at your request before collaboration begins, and after it begins also to perform the agreed work, meet legal obligations and protect possible claims. Data are stored only as long as needed to handle the matter, continue collaboration, complete settlements or meet periods required by law.
Recipients
Data may be processed by email, technical, accounting or organizational tools used to handle correspondence and collaboration. They are not sold or used for a newsletter without separate consent. If tool providers process data outside the European Economic Area, this takes place only with safeguards required by the GDPR.
Voluntary data and automation
Providing data is voluntary, but without basic contact details it will not be possible to answer your message or arrange a meeting. Data are not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase and restrict the processing of your data, object to processing, request data portability where applicable and withdraw consent if processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority.
Special categories of data
In your first message, please avoid detailed health information or very personal experiences unless they are necessary for contact. If such information is shared during a consultation or further collaboration, it is treated as confidential and processed only to the extent needed to provide support, conduct collaboration and comply with legal obligations, on the appropriate basis under Article 9 GDPR for special categories of data.
