The processed data are the details you provide in your message: name, email address, selected area and message content. They are used to answer your inquiry, arrange a consultation, handle correspondence, prepare collaboration and agree on its basic terms.
If a consultation, psychological process, coaching, workshop or project collaboration begins, data may also be processed to organize meetings, provide the agreed service, handle settlements, stay in contact and comply with legal obligations. This includes information shared before a meeting, during correspondence and in the course of further collaboration.
Data are processed to answer your inquiry and take steps at your request before collaboration begins, and after it begins also to perform the agreed work, meet legal obligations and protect possible claims. Data are stored only as long as needed to handle the matter, continue collaboration, complete settlements or meet periods required by law.
